"All of the staff truly made this the most enjoyable vacation ever! However one stood out, it was the front office manager Gergana who greeted us with warmth and professionalism that went above and beyond! At one point we were just struggling with time zone changes and the heat that had unexpectedly surprised everyone in England, she not only guided us to make arrangements with venues that were available in the later hours and air conditioned, she helped us make our bookings and get the most out...
