"Lugar encantador, bastante opções de lazer, sendo os chalés super aconchegantes. Adoramos estar hospedados e pretendemos voltar em breve."

"Great service, polite and attentive staff. Fantastic breakfast. Clean room and pool facilities."

"Staff was great!"

"Reception service was poor and I had a cold water experience with the shower which wasn’t really acknowledged by the reception staff. The hotel manager apologised for both things post my stay. What made up for it was the friendliness of the amber restaurant staff who were welcoming and attentive. The chef is also excellent. Breakfast was good in most respects apart from rubbery fried eggs. Great choice though and able to sit wherever you choose which is nice."

"Lovely hotel but rooms looking tired on the higher floors. Great location. Parking good 15 pounds we thought was a tad high but expected in Harrogate."

"Lugar tranquilo, aconchegante, espaçoso. Quartos amplos, cozinha equipada e custo benefício excelente. Tudo estava limpo, as camas confortáveis. "

"Tudo limpo e bem arrumado."

"Friendly staff. Great meal. Good location. Definately stay here again."

"The Harrogate inn was excellent, the room was very clean, staff were very helpful and friendly. The food in the restaurant was excellent. Good central location. All in all we enjoyed our stay at the Harrogate inn."

"The hotel is very tired and the restaurant area is more like a works canteen. Food OK but is a carvery - not very exciting. Staff helpful. But whole hotel lacks any ambience"

"The Old Swan Hotel is a classic mix of old world charm with a friendly welcome and the comfort with up to date amenities. We're looking forward to returning in the spring."

"Opposite a Tesco and McDonalds which is handy - good location for bars and restaurants"

"Room was not tidy for 3 people. There was a sofa bed that we opened up and put a sheet on, and thankfully we had a blanket in the car... we had to ask for a towel too. Very good breakfast, good shower, very nice pool. Attentive staff. Proper cleaning."

"Dentro do campus da Universidade de Lancaster. Bom para descanso, com acesso às instalações esportivas, piscina, sauna, ofurô etc."

"Lovely and clean, nice hosts and very good location"
