We loved the combination of modern comforts such as a fantastic coffee machine with antiques and period features. We are a very outdoorsy family so loved all the lakes for swimming ans the great walking...

The staff is friendly, helpful, and accommodating. It was obvious that they wanted to make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay, including a wonderful breakfast buffet.
