"Two comments : Air conditioning at room 3405, was bit too cold. Despite changing many times (incl hotel technicians) it keeps at below 23. Normally, 23 is fine but it felt much lower than 23. Stayed 5 nights and the breakfast menu was the same. Would be nice if can alter a bit. But overall, The Millen is my choice to go and I’ll be back the next time. "

"From check in, the front staff were great, attentive, offered a drink and cold towel. After minutes of entering room, they called to check if everything was good. Car lift attendant both were great in helping first timer and do say thank you to both. Finally, Harun , the attendant on my 1906 floor was superb in helping me fill the bottle water when he saw me and greeted us whenever he saw us. Pleasant stay. I will return"

"O hotel é razoável mas nunca consideraria de 4 estrelas. A limpeza do quarto deixa muito a desejar era notório pó nos móveis, quarto muito simples com uma cama encostada á parede e outra mais afastada. Apenas uma cadeira na secretária. Amenidades básicas, não colocam toalha de lavatório ou pequena apenas duas toalhas de duche, pedi na recepção mas não colocaram mais. O pequeno almoço é muito básico, não tem iogurtes nem leite de soja ou sem lactose. Não tem panquecas apenas ovos. O pão é muito...

"- Friendly and helpful staffs (Reception and housekeeping). - Not sure whether my booking was entitled for breakfast or not. During checked-in i was told that include breakfast but our room was not in the list at the restaurant. - Very near to Kayu Original Nasi Kandar (walking distance). - Room is very big, spacious and clean. Suitable for family of 5 with children. Exceed my expectation. "
