"Hotel was close to local attractions, restaurants and river. My room had a great view of the river. Bed was comfortable and had coffee and tea making facilities and a fridge. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of several cuisines. I found each member of staff that I interacted with to be friendly, courteous and helpful. I enjoyed my stay there and would recommend it to others."

"Location right next to the riverfront, though no river views rooms available. Some staff were very helpful, some more apathetic. Price is reflective of what you get and amenities were adequate for a short stay. Beds in a twin room were large and fairly comfortable. Some towels were threadbare, others were fine. Breakfast is average. One factor we did not take into account was the loud road noise during the night. Thin glass windows meant the sound carried. Motorbikes and hotted up cars like...

"All good except I am unable to wear the nightgown the hotel provided . Look old and dirty and wear and tear at side ! Carpet is tear off between the joining points. Thank goodness the cleaner is done their cleaning on room clean to sacrificing me. Very good!"

"Expediaに掲載されている設備と実際の設備が大きく違っていました。電子レンジと洗濯機なのですが、スタッフに聞いたところスタジオタイプにはついていないと冷たく言われました。 また、１日目は１８時ころに到着したら、掃除が終わっていないので３０分待ってくれと言われました。１時間ほどたってからもう一回行くと、部屋がないといわれ、エマージェンシールームを準備するとのこと。 部屋の広さは同じでしたが、かけ布団はシーツがなくボロボロ、トイレは天井から水漏れなど少しひどかったです。 ２日目はまともな部屋でしたが、Wi-Fiのパスワードがどこにも書いていない、聞いても机に書いてあるとしか言われない。 アパートメントの部屋であれば想定していたような部屋だったと思います。 サービスレベルもスタッフの対応もひどいものでした。"

"Everything was good but housekeeping needs improvement. Second day 19/12 house keeper didn’t replace face towels and tea. Then on 20/12 we left the room at about 1130 am. Came back at about 3 pm room was not cleaned. Had to wait in lobby to wait for it to be clean "
