Staff were helpful and friendly. 7/11 right across the road plenty of places to eat nearby. Would stay again."

"I have travelled to Kuching many times and stayed at various hotels in this lovely city. I decided to try the the Ranee Suites on a whim. I did not regret that decision. The most stellar part of my visit was the staff. Very polite, well informed and highly responsive! I needed to extend my stay by half a day and although my room was not available, they got me a room and moved my bags in a jiffy. The room I had was huge! It was clean and very comfortable. The lighting was perhaps a little low...

"The owner provided 1/2hrs early check in and usage of laundry without any charge. Check in and check out process also can be done seamlessly. I will stay there again."

"The hotel is newly renovated. Clean and comfortable. The front counter staff is friendly and bilingual speaking in English and Chinese. Room is small but clean. Hot water is good in bathroom. Breakfast is so so. The 5th fl door is using smart app(website) entrance with Bluetooth control. Safe and hi-tech. 2 lifts to upstairs. Will consider to stay next time."

Très bon emplacement à 2 pas du waterfront mais avec la possibilité de se détendre et se rafraîchir au bord de la piscine au milieu du beau jardin. L'hôtel à beaucoup de charme, les équipements de la chambre étaient vieillissants mais cela ne nous a pas dérangés."
