"this is probably the cheapest international hotel you can find in town. it's overpriced but that's probably due to the lack of alternatives. nevertheless, the rooms are decent and have both a fan an a.c as well as good internet connection. the staff is friendly, all will do their best to help you, even if only some speak English."
