And although the check in was very nice - Tanysha, the front desk person of the night shift, is a really attentive e friendly person- the front desk person during the day, Heather, is extremely rude and moody. She refused us a paid late check out until 4 pm, even though the hotel wasn’t full and there were plenty rooms available. We explained that our flight was at 9pm and we were with kids, but she said that we should paid a fully extra night for it. We certainly wouldn't stay there again. "
