"Lovely hotel, great location for those wanting a more reserved and relaxed experience. Bedroom was clean and spacious, the view from the balcony was amazing — and so was the view from Killiney/Dalkey hill just behind the hotel, so don’t skip that. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful as well, would definitely come back!"

"Staff were lovely but it was lots of mistakes from beginning to end- were sent to wrong room, then asked for the room we booked after traipsing up and down with suitcases. Got a new room - still not what we booked. Visited the restaurant - got 1 entree and the other one didn't arrive followed up 3 times till it did. Then there was a 10% service charge / tip automatically added - when we questioned - told it was mandatory. Which of course is illegal under irish consumer law."
