"The property was exactly as advertised and contained everything we needed for our stay. The location was very convenient -only 15 mins out of Jindabyne and less than half an hour to Kosciuszko NP. The tiny house was surrounded by bushland and farmland, and there was plenty of wildlife spotting. Craig was welcoming and accommodating, and his thoughtfulness in establishing the accommodation is evident. I would definitely recommend Big Yard Escapes as a peaceful getaway from the city or the grind. "

"The house is located in a nice, quiet, suburban part of jindy. The configuration of the house allows for a comfortable stay for a large family. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you would want in a holiday home. The photos do not serve justice to the house, the backyard and patio area and view of lake jindabyne is amazing to wake up to."

"Lovely property and position! Excellent view, plenty of kitchen utensils. We booked in for 6 nights and found two lots of dishwashing tablets. And if you are in the main bedroom you have to be a miniature to sit on the loo! A leter edition of a water heater? takes up most room and the loo is tuck in about 500mm wide area....too small!"

"Very well maintained with all the essentials covered for short and long stays. Fully equipped kitchen and the bathroom included top load washing machine and separate dryer. Very comfy bedroom and the living rooms opens to a wonderful view of Lake Jindabyne. Only minus was that the kitchen tap had a slight leak which was reported to the property managemt. "A well situated townhouse with good facilities. Drying room is great. lots of hot water in the 2 bathrooms. Great laundry setup. Parking for 2nd car can be a bit challenging if you have wider vehicles but 2 cars can fit into the garage, extending into the rear yard. Overall check in system was OK-unable to access property prior to 4PM but this was expected as per website. Definitely recommend for 2x couples or a family."
