"The property did not match the listing. It was advertised for 4 people with parking, but there was no proper parking available. The sleeping arrangement was not suitable—only one double bed and a sofa bed. The bed itself was very weak and shook with any movement. There were also basic issues: the toilet door was not working properly, and only a bar of soap was provided (no handwash or shower gel). Property is exactly as per description and photos on Stayz website. Nikki was a fantastic host too, very quick to respond to any queries and all instructions were very straightforward. Would 100% stay at this property again. Highly recommended."
