"We had a really lovely stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained and the location was fantastic. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, which made the whole experience very easy and enjoyable. We especially loved the beach views and being so close to everything. It was a great place for a little family getaway and we’d happily stay again. Highly recommend!"

"Sage Hotel Wollongong is one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at, largely because of the five-star customer service. The staff were fantastic—welcoming, friendly and always happy to help. The hotel itself is lovely. Our room was spacious and clean, with amazing views, and the beach is right next door. It’s also an easy walk to plenty of cafés and restaurants. The buffet breakfast offered was great. Good variety and range of options. Yummy breakfast! I’d definitely recommend Sage Hotel...

"The room was billed as a two bedroom apartment which is true. It had a fully fitted out kitchen, a small laundry, lounge, dining table and a single bathroom. It is a comfortable two bedroom apartment with secure parking underneath the building. Access is via a lift. It is located close to the centre of town and walking distance to the cafes and restaurants on the beach."

I approached them expecting basic assistance and courtesy, but instead I felt like my concerns were not taken seriously and that they were unwilling to help. "Lovely to have received lots of contact regarding arrival as I thought I would arrive after hours. Lovely greeting when I did arrive. Basic cabin for solo traveler. Very clean. Pleasantly surprised how comfortable the bed was. The shower was great and everything I needed was in the very dated cabin. Met my needs and I’m happy to have stayed as I felt safe and it was an extremely quiet caravan park."

"We had a lovely stay at Dormie House from 6th - 10 July. We had a room that was clean yet really small to be honest . There was no where to hang clothes, apart from two pegs to hang our coats on. That was a bit frustrating.
