"We've booked in with Jesmond Executive Villas 3-4 times in the passed 2 years. We were moved to the Azzurro apartments for the first 3 times so I can't comment on the villas as we haven't actually used them. I prefer the Azzurro apartments because it suits our needs n I can access them easily when going to and from John Hunter Hospital plus the convenience to shopping centre and take away places. On 2 occasions I did have to request bedding for the sofa lounge. "

"This is a super convenient hotel very close to the central train station. The rooms are very comfortable and wide, staff is super nice and friendly and the area is excellent for shopping and food. I definitely recommend!!!"

"A estadia foi excelente , mas o endereço do apartamento e o nome do prédio esta errado no site do hoteis.com , e isso gerou um stress , pois perdemos mais de 45 minutos para encontrar o local. O telefone para contato que consta no site também não existe e o próprio hotel nem sabe que numero e esse...."

"Staff were very friendly and helpful on check in. The room itself was very clean and the bed/pillows were so comfortable. The only negative for me was the lack of curtains. There is a window in the verandah area that could not be covered so there was light coming in all night. "

"O Ibis Newcastle é o melhor custo-benefício da cidade. O preco é ótimo e o hotel fica próximo à estação central, o que facilita muito a locomoção. Fora isto, os quartos são muito confortáveis e silenciosos e os funcionários são extremamente atenciosos. Também há diversos restaurantes e centros comerciais a pequenas distâncias do hotel. Não pensaria duas vezes antes de me hospedar nesse hotel novamente! ;)"

"Room towards the street was noisy during the night. Light spilled in through the curtains from the neon sign outside. We had to ask for towels and duvets to the room. Few shared toilets and showers in not great condition. "
