"While at first we were surprised to find our room had no window - apart from a high one in the bathroom, the facilities were clean, the bed comfortable, and the kitchen areas excellent with teatowels, dishwash and excellent appliances - though a sandswich maker would have been handy. The place is easy walking distance to a reliable bus service which took us into the city in around 20 mins. We enjoyed our stay very much"

"A great little unit with all the little things taken care of. Travelling with a young family we appreciated the books, toys, high chair, portacot, laundry and all the kids friendly kitchen items. Close to shops and restaurants and park too. Very easy place to holiday and we all felt right at home."

I stayed in room 607, and on the same floor, an all-night party took place—noisy, with people screaming in the corridors, making it impossible for anyone else to sleep. I politely asked the guests to lower their voices, called and spoke twice with the reception, all to no effect. The management showed total disregard for the comfort and rights of other guests.
