"Fantastic little gem in berri. The room was spectacular. Bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom made me want to renovate my house. Only gripe is i was only there for one night and i really wanted to stay longer "

"It was cold and raining when we arrived. Bruce had been in and out the heater on for us and the rooms were lovely and cosy. It’s quiet and away from towns yet close enough to get everything.Just what we needed"

"This was a roomy brand new house in a quiet area a short drive from shopping, Lake Bonney and the Exhibition Centre, where we needed to be each day. Everything was provided for our needs. Our hosts were lovely and very helpful. We will be back!"

"Spent 4 nights over new years here and it was such an amazing, relaxing and enjoyable time with my partner. We went kayaking along the river bank, swimming, had a bath during sunset over looking the water, bbqs and a fire outside. We didn’t even need to leave the property. We disconnected from the rest of the world and enjoyed time together just the two of us. Don’t think twice and book this one in, we can’t wait to come back. Beautiful place. "

The kitchen is well appointed with great quality equipment and everything you would need for your stay. I cannot wait to come back and stay again."

"The room was good size bed very comfortable getting out side to sit was a little bit difficult as I am short so reaching the cords for blinds was a bit harder for me "
