"This was a wonderful place to stay. It would have been better to be able to park and use amenities longer day of arrival and departure. Other than that, it was great and we had an awesome time! Pickleball court, pool and grill, outdoor area was very nice to have!"

"The beach house was just as described very nice house directly right on the beach perfect! Only thing was the BBQ grill was dirty before using it and a lot of sand of the floors when we entered but other then that perfect for my family and I would definitely stay here again!"

"This is a wonderful property that had everything we needed for our weekend stay in Ogunquit. It is very clean, well-organized and exactly as described in the listing. The location is great- 5 minute’s walk to Perkins Cove. Check-in, check-out, parking and directions were clear and easy. To make it even better, our host Gloria was incredibly generous, kind and a clear communicator. We highly recommend this listing and hope to return again."

"This house was beautiful, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, right the beach and close local attractions and restaurants. The host was fantastic! They were very responsive to our questions before and during our stay, and the check-in process was seamless,We would definitely recommend this property and plan to return again!"

"In one word AMAZING! We rented this property to gather our immediate family, adult children and grandchildren. We had a tragedy in our family as my oldest son was killed, this made our once close family, split apart. This property was so beautiful and such a happy place to be that my prayers were answered my family began the healing process. The location and the views one could not be unhappy. Thank you Jason for helping to make the stay amazing!"

"We had a wonderful time. The cottage is super cute and right on Moody’s beach. It was very quiet and relaxing. Outdoor showers were awesome to clean off salt and sand. Highly recommend. "

"We Sandpiper Cottage. Everything was just perfect. Our hosts really thought of everything! Location was great, close to town and beach. It was the two of us and my pup. There’s even a dog park close by. We loved it and will definitely return!! "

"Great condo right on the beach. Lovely updated interior and well appointed. Nice to have the bedrooms upstairs with the half-bath downstairs. Great balconies overlooking the beach. Easy access to restaurants and to head North to Portland or south to Kennebunkport. Reserved parking spot and easy beach access were definitely pluses. Host and staff were responsive as needed."

"Nicole deserves a raise! She was helpful and informative with any of our inquiries. The unit could use a few more pans etc. for reheating the delicious Maine fried seafood! Bathroom could use a new shower curtain and grout! Would definitely stay here again!! "
