"Da hora q cheguei até a hora q fui embora o hotel não teve luz. Bizarro!! Tudo em volta tinha luz, menos lá. Não tivemos café da manhã. O recepcionista de primeira falou q não poderíamos entrar no quarto pois não tinha como fazer o check in, depois de insistir, ele conseguiu um quarto. Sem internet, sem água quente… Lamentável! Gastei minha noite do hotéis.com nisso!!! Bem, north Carolina ganhou o selo tá visto!!!!!! Nunca mais!!!"

"Let me start by saying location to carowinds is great, we were on the 4th floor but our room was quiet,we had a queen room two beds our bathroom was very small water pressure not great breakfast buffet was good,seems like a safe area we didn't have a problems and was never worried about any but I would definitely stay again"

The room we stayed in was a handicap accessible with a roll in shower, also open bed frame not platform bed. It did meet our needs. The only downfall that upset us was the parking spaces out front were quite smaller than expected for or vehicle with a side ramp.
