"Da hora q cheguei até a hora q fui embora o hotel não teve luz. Bizarro!! Tudo em volta tinha luz, menos lá. Não tivemos café da manhã. O recepcionista de primeira falou q não poderíamos entrar no quarto pois não tinha como fazer o check in, depois de insistir, ele conseguiu um quarto. Sem internet, sem água quente… Lamentável! Gastei minha noite do hotéis.com nisso!!! Bem, north Carolina ganhou o selo tá visto!!!!!! Nunca mais!!!"

"My daughter and I stayed here 3 nights for a trip to Carowinds! We frequent Carowinds, but have never stayed here before. We definitely will be back. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The room was clean. It was a bit hot at first and I do not do well in the heat, but it cooled down after a couple hours. Pool was clean. Breakfast was good. Felt very safe which has not been the case in some other hotels near the area. Also, the beds were comfortable. Just a great place to stay. "

"The staff was outstanding, best customer service we've had in a long time. The breakfast was probably the best of any hotel we've ever stayed at; delicious. Highly recommend staying here. The only caveat was our room had a hint of cat pee smell, nothing overbearing but we could definitely smell it. Only took 1 star off as this is a pet friendly hotel.
