"Should have been advised re the 4 year renovations that were going on. No Bathroom/changeroom near Pool. The access to our room was ridiculously long and hot and confusing….it was like a maze. No offer of help for two women in their seventies. Smelt a little mouldy. No a great experience. The Pool is wonderful but needs a good clean and maintenance."

"Our cabin was close to the laundry. Room was clean and fitted out with most things we needed. The shower was fairly wide but not very big in depth and the taps were on the back wall. This meant that every shower you bumped a tap and had to fix the temperature. Someone didn't plan that very well. The park is lovely and shady and seems well maintained. The matress was comfortable, pillows really thin so we used our own. The staff were all lovely. Nothing that was a game changer and we enjoyed...

"Stayed there 7 years ago and again just now and I can say that service standard has gone down hill this time around under current management. Was told busy to book a river cruise and told to come back later! Two staff in the office I was the only customer. The poolside villa we stayed was clean, but the ensuite design was very cramped. "Absolute pleasure staying at the Croc View. Very clean and everything you need for your stay was provided. Excellent communication with the owner who could not have been more helpfull after we had a tyre blowout some 30kms from the town, even offerd us the use of their spare vehicle.Would have no hessitation in staying there again.The wife suggests that a hair dryer would be an great add on for the unit.Once again thanks for a very pleasant and enjoyable stay.Greg & Carrie"
