"Half way through our trip we had laundry to do it. They had a very convenient laundry room at a reasonable price. Breakfast was excellent and the variety was very good. We met friends at the property and we able use their lobby/breakfast space to sit and catch up. Staff was friendly and helpful. We are from Connecticut so our chance of visiting again is slim but if we are in the area we will will stay here"

"What a treasure! This little place is gorgeous and so comfortable. It’s only a few minutes from Clear Lake and Mason City so we could go have all kinds of fun but then come back to a quiet resting place away from the hustle and bustle. There’s too many things to name them all but .. the beautiful lawn, the candy jar, the coffee bar, the interesting books set around, the blankets and pillows.. it was perfect and I hope to be going back again before too long!"

"Not the fanciest hotel but cozy and felt like home! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable with clean and soft sheets. Excellent shower power and hot hot water. Safe area with plenty of fast food and sit down restaurants within walking distance. The included breakfast had lots of options including different breads/bagels with plenty of spreads, assorted cereals, biscuits and gravy, eggs and sausage, pancakes or waffles and assorted tea...
