"Very clean inside the room & around the property. Staff was very nice and helpful. Toilet was broken and maintenance was sent out very fast. Beds were comfy."

"First off it is being renovated, however the tubs still shouldn’t look the way they do! She gave me 2 different rooms and they both had TERRIBLE looking tubs! I’m assuming it’s the cleaner that they use that left the scum. Some of the towels that were hanging shouldn’t be, luckily I bring my own when I travel!"

"Breakfast was good. Staff kept it clean and replenished. Front desk staff also friendly and knowledgeable. I stayed here back in 2022 and definitely loved it. This time, I’m not sure I would come back. The carpet in my room (330) was stained horribly and there are several carpet stains in the hallways as well. My room shades were also damaged and missing the curtain. So as the sun went down I was able to see people directly in the parking lot. Also was able to see people in the hotel...

"My spouse and I chose the Baymont Inn and suites in Northwood,. Ohio mainly ,because of the reasonable price and that it included breakfast. Upon arrival, we found our room to be clean and the staff helpful. The hotel was near a great selection of places to eat and convenient stores for everyday needs . The hotel was just what we needed for our couple of week's stay while waiting for our house to be finished . Despite the hotel being off of I-75, it was very quiet and peaceful. We recommend...

"You get what you pay for. Breakfast was minimal. Lot of noise at 5:30am as workers were leaving but what do you expect when your door opens to the parking lot. Very convenient though. Right off highway and we couldn’t beat the price."
