"Hotel bem localizado, roupa de cama e toalhas limpas, serviço de quarto ruim, após a camareira sair notamos que apenas a cama foi arrumada e as toalhas trocadas, o piso não foi varrido. Logo na primeira noite notamos um grande inconveniente: percevejos. Matei 2 de início e algumas horas depois matei mais dois. Passamos a noite vigilantes com receio de sermos picados ao dormir. "

"The staff is very nice. Especially the kind woman who checked us in the late afternoon. She even upgraded our room! It was such a nice gesture. I highly recommend this hotel. I thought the breakfast was great as well and breakfast staff did a great job."

"staff was excellent, very friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay great. very clean hotel, worker was continually sweeping and cleaning floors and dusting. one of the best hotels that i have stayed at. I recommend everyone stay at this hotel you will not be disappointed."

"Too bad we didn´t manage to use our reservation. Our kid tested positive to Covid on the morning before the check in day, so in respect to others we did not go and lost the whole reservation. We contacted the hotel and they said that nothing that they could do about it.. Too bad.."
