"We had a great experience with the staff, liked the layout and amenities of our room, appreciated how convenient the pool, gym, and breakfast were, and everything seemed very clean. We brought our dogs and asked for a ground floor room and they got us one that was perfectly accessible to our vehicle and outdoors. I will book here if we come through Ely again. "
