"The property is beautiful! Beds comfy. Kitchen amazing. We so enjoyed ourselves. 3 couples, amazing views, roaring fire, great food! Our only regret was not booking for longer! We look forward to going back in the fall, the trees and pond also fire pit with group swings and outdoor kitchen are calling us!"

"We had a nice time celebrating my sons graduation from Earlham college. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own bedroom. Very unique property with very nice furnishings. A historic property. We had everything we needed for our stay. Definitely would recommend."

"This was our 2nd Extended Family Weekend at the Winchester Property. Plenty of activities for everyone plus some positive property improvements. Would stay again and recommend. Host is very responsive and communicates well. "

"It is a clean house. Very close to Miami of Ohio. It has all the amenities, TV in every room, Air conditioning, Wifi, Coffee maker, pretty much everything you would need. The owners are very friendly and easy to work with. "

"This was a really neat idea, and the kids were very excited to stay in an RV. I will start by saying it was very clean. It was not advertised that this was on private property right next to the house until check in time. The location was also not optimal because it was right next to the main road where you could hear every car, and the entrance was across from what looked like a lot of junk. . we had to deal with a dog barking all night, long, but we made the best of all this. "An absolutely gorgeous home in the country and still only 10 minutes from anything you need. Super clean home with an amazing rec room and incredibly responsive owner. We had an issue the day we checked in, I messaged the host and they reached out right away and did everything they could to make it right. Incredibly happy and will absolutely be staying again! "
