"One night here for a comedy show with girlfriends! It was perfect ! Next to a bar so we were worried but it closed at 10 and was never an issue! Had guys parked in driveway that were sitting outside cars drinking when we came home from show, but they left after we got back to house! Otherwise perfect "

"While the property shares the driveway with the main house, it's a cozy secluded feel in a wooded area.The place has a wonderful kitchen with a mini fridge and a hot plate and other appliances are provided if you wish to cook.It has a lovely fireplace and good air conditioning (I stayed when it was quite warm).Ideal for a private or cozy getaway for a couple. A lovely relaxing stay."

"Perfect place to stay if you want to watch a Michigan game at the BIG HOUSE, without paying ridiculous Ann Arbor prices. One street gets you from here to Michigan Stadium in 10 minutes. House has all you need and the host is very responsive to text messages. Would stay here again. "

"We had a very comfortable stay. The house itself has a very open welcoming layout. It felt that every comfort and ammenity had been thought of by the host. The bed was comfortable and then woke up to coffee in the back sunroom. It was also nice that the small town of dexter was only about a mile away with many options for dining. Would absolutely stay here again!"

"Across from the Kerrytown market and just a few blocks from Ann Arbor's best shop. Private, off street parking, clear instructions. Really could not have asked for more."

"This house was clean, there was a smooth check in process and the beds were comfortable. Though we found all the bedrooms to be so minuscule that you could barely fit in a suitcase leaving very little room to walk around the bed or close the door. There are no closets in this house only a few hooks and hangers. So if you have more than a backpack full of clothing this is not for you. Also, there was little evidence in the listing to suggest that this house is at a busy noisy intersection. So...
