"The accommodation is perfect
The neighborhood is under construction and turns difficult to get to the hotel.
They should advise that because GPS gets you in a closed street.
They should make clear that is someone there until 11pm. When you pass in front’s of the office there’s a signal saying the office is closed at 5pm"

"We did not realize that this room was independently owned and not actually owned by the hotel. We could communicate with the owners through text or phone but text was listed as the preferred communication form. Owners did take awhile to respond which was frustrating when trying to request a late checkout. Other small things were left out of the room such as a box of tissues and no liner for the ice bucket. The water pressure in the shower was terrible and the bathroom sink didn't work. Seeing as...
