"Overall just ok. Not particularly friendly when checking in and out. Room was fine, a little musty smelling but you could see attempts to correct that. Sheets were clean but the bed was very uncomfortable. Shower head didn't work properly so water basically dripped out of it. Would not stay here again."

I persisted in requesting a room that met my reservation and the manager was called. A double queen room was provided. Should not have an issue like this on a reservation made well in advance."

Kevin ist ein aufmerksamer Vermieter, der sofort zu kontaktieren ist. Sowohl check-in und -out sind reibungslos. Die Entfernung zwischen Beach und Tallahassee war für uns Ideal. Vor Ort ist alles zu bekommen, was man braucht (Lebensmittel, Tankstelle.....)."

"The house was perfect for our family, especially my mom who has trouble walking. The elevator worked perfectly, the boardwalk was short and close to the ocean. She and my dad loved sitting on the deck and watching us all on the beach. Communication was great, including updates on the tropical storm. We would definitely recommend this rental. We hope to stay again!"

"This home is the perfect getaway for couples or small families. It is right on the water and we saw manatees and mullet jumping each day. It had all the things we needed to cook dinner and stay comfortable throughout our stay. I highly recommend getting kayaks or a canoe delivered to the property and exploring the rivers. It's beautiful. Such a good escape from the loud, busy life and a perfect recharge in peaceful nature.We hope to stay here again someday!"
