"The condition of the mattresses was suspect with debris and staining around the edges. The cleaning staff had nothing to say that wasn't defensive or excuses."

"Our room was not great. Read reviews before booking and sounded like rooms were clean and many updated. Ours was not one of them unfortunately. Would not recommend. Restaurant that was very close by was really good"

"Awesome"

"The beautiful property was within walking distance to town. They had lovely landscaping and flowers. It's known for the evening meal though we didn't eat there. It was quiet, clean and comfortable. Everything we wanted!"

"Staff were nice and cooperative."

"Très belle endroit avec une vue magnifique L’endroit est propre et le personnel gentil et accueillant"

"We loved our stay in Ingonish Chalets! We had a 2 bedroom chalet and it was home away from home. We loved it so much we extended our stay by another couple of days. The chalet was very clean, nicely furnished and well stocked with all the kitchen essentials and comfortable extras. The place operates a virtual reception which worked great and all staff and management were very efficient, friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, there is so much to do around Ingonish and the national park....

"We found our stay to be very comfortable and the staff was so accommodating to whatever we needed. Loved it."

"The most amazing view from the property. Lonnie was super accommodating when we arrived and great to chat with."

"This was everything we hoped it would be. Unique, private, clean, well equipped as it should be and convenient to the North coast for all the beauty and wilderness it has to offer. Everything worked except for the weather which no one can control. When I come back to Cape Breton, I will be booking Blue Bayou again and well in advance since it will soon be a must for thousands of Cabot Trail visitors throughout the season."

"Need to book dinner in the fancy restaurant in advance , it’s good"

"The room had a strange smell and the bed was uncomfortable"

"Beautiful location an a nice little inn."

"This hotel room was filthy. Black mold in the bathtub. The bath mat in the tub was almost entirely black! Towels smelled moldy. Bedroom floor needed a good scrub. Surprised that this was licensed by the province and offered by Expedia!"

"Our room was clean but on the small side. The included breakfast was meager, some bread and jam and cold cereal with coffee and orange juice. Dinner was not very good. As the price was fair for what we got I probably come back again"
