"Das Hotel ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Auch die Zimmer haben uns gut gefallen und waren ansprechend gestaltet. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und das Essen überwiegend sehr lecker. Leider gab es einige Punkte, die unseren Aufenthalt getrübt haben. Besonders nervig waren die Aufzüge. Von vier Aufzügen war einer häufig außer Betrieb, sodass sich die Wartezeiten teilweise auf etwa zehn Minuten oder länger beliefen. Wir haben deshalb öfter das Treppenhaus genutzt, um nicht noch...

"O Hotel é confortável, boa qualidade do café da manhã e jantar, mas considero injusto um horário de checking a partir das 15:00 horas e checkout às 10:00 da manhã. Como ficamos apenas uma noite considero um valor de diária muito alto por apenas 19 horas de utilização."

"Freundlicher Empfang (sprechen auch Englisch), großer Parkplatz (FT 1.500,-/Tag), Zimmereinrichtung schön (die alten Teppiche könnte man mal entfernen), Umfangreiches Frühstück, Abend Buffet sehr gut, inkl, Muscheln, Fisch etc. Großes Pool nicht überfüllt, da kinder in eigenen bereich im Thermal Pool, schöner welness bereich. also für ungarische verhältnisse ist das Hotel Top."

"Too expensive for no amenities. Staff will not answer phone calls and rooms are not sound proof. No private balcony. There was a rave going on down the street and the entire room was shaking from the music."

"Our stay was fantastic. The rooms were clean, the views were lovely as well. Staff was friendly and helpful with the minor hiccups we encountered. Check in and out was seamless and easy. The breakfast basket was delicious, well stocked and different on both mornings. The building is quiet and main rooms face the lake. Waking up to the sun rising & sparkling off the lake was beautiful."
