"Clean and well kept. Very close to the I-74 exit Join the loyalty program and everything is extremely easy. Pool and hot tub was clean and well kept. Free breakfast includes cold cereal and a waffle iron that makes good waffles. No eggs or sausage. Overall, an excellent value and I would choose this over any other budget lodging."

"The staff was friendly. The property is run down pool empty out of commission. Just a very old hotel. Definitely in a great area within walking distance of the downtown area. The supposed breakfast consists of a little dry cereal and bread to make toast. Butter was provided also milk for the cereal. Coffee powder creamer and sugar. So yes something was provided."

"there was a cockroach, our room wasn't clean when we went in to the room have pictures to prove it. had to go down to front desk to get toilet paper as the room had none. we didnt get towels had to go down to front desk to get some. also someone went to "clean" the room im assuming as they shut the air off and tv off but left the 3 full little trash bags that were sitting neatly by the door. we booked this because of the pool and the pool was down the entire time."

"Breakfast that included fruit was good. Room was clean. Bathroom faucet dripped, neither the tub or sink had a drain plug, and the ceiling was peeling"

"The carpet downstairs/upstairs needs cleaning smalls dirty! The bathtub is not clean if chrome not shiny and clean has film on it and aircondition smells mildews! Won’t stay there at all!!!"

"The hotel was dirty, the room door did not close unless you used the bolt. Staff was rude when we asked about breakfast and no coffee. I’m surprised Expedia even has this hotel on their website!!!"

"Lobby was locked when I arrived. They don’t check anybody in after midnight. I rang the bell several time but nobody answered. Had to sleep in my car. I requested a refund. If I get it I’ll revise my review but otherwise this hotel is not for travelers who may roll into town after midnight. They’re in bed."

"The room was spotless clean! And hotel has ample parking spaces. Housekeeping was done daily… everyday fresh set of towels, and waste bins were emptied regularly with fresh liners plus beds were made up. Thanks a lot for being so receptive to our needs."

"Thank you for sharing your beautiful historical home- I love it was decorated to match the style of the era. This large house accommodated our of party of 12 and we had plenty of space to cook, eat, relax, and sleep comfortably. The upstairs screened porch was our favorite. We did end up buying all of our own cooking supplies and hand soaps. Clean up was easy as the house is large but simple. Thank you for having us!"
