"This establishment was so awesome. The sweetest lady at the counter was kind and courteous even though it was very late. Easy check in and check out. Though it was small, it was very nice and comfortable. Definitely stay here again. "

"Upon arrival we fell in love right away with the property, neighborhood and quaintness of the area. We were a little disappointed in the size of the room as we were in Rm 1. Great that we didn't have to make the stairs though. Loved everything about our stay and the quietness of the neighborhood. Enjoyed sitting and relaxing on the front porch. All in all it was a great stay. Enjoyed all the text messages upon arrival up until leaving. Very personal and informative. We will definitely be back....

"This is our second stay here, and not our last. This historic home is exquisitely restored and meticulously maintained. There is a well-equipped common kitchen with designated cupboards for each room. Coffee is available 24/7. Walking distance to Main Street. You will LOVE staying here!"

"This house was perfect for our trip to Lima to see a show. The house was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen had everything needed to cook a full meal, including a well stocked fridge! We stayed in the cold weather, so we couldn't try out the pool, but it looked nice. The location was a super cute and walkable neighborhood, and it took no time to get around to our destinations.
