"The phone didn’t work and asked multiple people to fix it due to the clips being broke. The power went out. I couldn’t get to the front desk and kept directing me to the spa. I had to use my cell phone to try to reach each department in the hotel the whole time. It was a bad experience. Staff had us running around and misdirecting us!"

"Quarto limpo e amplo estacionamento "

"The room was very clean and the staff were super helpful. I will use this place whenever I find myself in Provo."

"Muito bom "

"Café da manhã bom!"

"Hotel mediano. Funcionários mal educados sem preparo para atender clientes."

"Hotel sujo, quartos precisam de reforma, corredores sujos também."

"QUARTO LIMPO, PORÉM O CARPETE COMO DE COSTUME BEM SUJO, E O QUARTO COM MOBILIARIO ANTIGO. DO RESTO EQUIPE DE LIMPEZA PRESTATIVA E CASA DA MANHÃ PADRÃO E LIMPO. vALE O QUE CUSTA."

"This place is as close to Heaven as you can get earthside! Not only is it stunning, but the staff and food were amazing. The grounds at Sundance are breathtaking and I can see why Redford fell in love with this location. As a lifelong Utah resident, the beauty still blew me away! We cannot wait to...

"This was the dirtiest, most run down hotel I have stayed in and it was the most expensive. Way too expensive for how old and dirty it turned out to be."

"Quarto espaçoso e ótimo chuveiro. Bem equipado (ficamos no studio com cozinha). Café da manhã acima da média. Boa localização. Internet rápida. Staff prestativo. "

"All was good. A suggestion would be to have the bed sheets fit the mattress. When you turn or move during the night it makes a mess."
