"Adorable cottage! Very clean! The front porch was awesome for relaxing. Only suggestion would be to remove the tree blocking the view from the porch chairs. Would definitely recommend others to stay here. "

"Everything was great. Any amenities you want are here. Its very quiet and peaceful. Great fire pit, bbq grill, very nice sitting area to enjoy the night sky. There's wifi to keep you connected and pet friendly! I wouldn't change a thing about this place. Id definitely stay here again. "

"We came from Illinois for the LLWS, we have been coming for years and this stay has been one of our favorite places. The pool and hot tub were a big hit for our kiddos. The fire pit was great for the adults. Cory responded quickly to our request for firewood. I would highly recommend this place, private but not too far off the beaten path."

"Our family had a wonderful time at Niman House. The listing was impressive, but the house exceeded expectations in person. The home is so well equipped and comfortable and the host was very communicative and helpful. "
