"This is a basement of a house. You share a joined entrance. Host was there when we arrived and showed us our space. Then we didn't see host again (no need to). Space was cool (which was nice on a super hot day!). In a quiet neighborhood setting. All was as described. A good space & nice for a night's rest."

"We really enjoyed our stay. The price was really reasonable and the property was nice and clean. We also thought beds were nice and comfortable. "This suite was in the lower level of a house near the historic district of Sioux Falls and very close to downtown. The bed was comfortable and the kitchenette had a table, 2 stools, sink, a frig, microwave, coffee maker & coffee, as well as a few glasses, paper plates, and utensils. Also a love seat, a little bar with two stools and a TV with Netflix. The bathroom supplied shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Lots of street parking in front of the house. I'd stay there again :)"

The floor was slippery and dirty upon arrival and moldy bread was in the cupboard as well. Bathroom sink was dirty. While I could have overlooked these things, then the door lock stopped working and my husband tried for an hour to troubleshoot it.
