"Definitely an older hotel, and it shows. Don’t trust the price that they have listed, because they’re gonna hit you for another $25 for self parking. The sad part is they have their own parking garage and there’s plenty of room, so there’s literally no need to charge for parking except for overcharging customers for your room.. The staff was nice. O frigobar é com sensor, o que impede de usarmos para guardar nossas próprias bebidas. É como se não houvesse frigobar no quarto. Água no hotel a extorsivos 9 dólares! Não houve a abertura de cama, como nos demais hotéis da rede."

"our room had been cleaned so all used towels were taken but not restocked. we were left with ONE towel for us to use…. We had planned on going to the pool. we asked the receptionist if we could have some more towels sent to our room. It took them hours to bring us ONE extra towel. by then we didn’t have any time to enjoy the pool as we had other things to do later that night. thankfully it was only two of us staying in the room so if you know you’ll need extra towels ask ahead or bring your own....
