"I arrived at this property with my family about 11pm at night. The clerk did not greet me or much less anything else besides asking for my name. After giving him the info he handed over my room key. This property is poorly maintained and the room was even worse. I unlocked the door took about 5 steps in and turned around and left the room. I then booked a different hotel. Upon walking to the room the parking lot was littered with trash and debris. Entering into the room I was met with...

"This location is horrible and not like what the pictures show . The walls were dirty, bathroom needs work and smells horribly - do not recommend ."

"The rooms were nothing like the pictures in the add !! The description of the room and Private hot tub are as far from reality as anything I have ever seen !! I even used the ask a question service about the spa like hot tube and it said all rooms have them! It was a tiny bathtub next to the toilet! Very disappointed !! Holes in the ceiling of the bathroom. The parking lot was filled with pot holes and dirt."

"This was hands down one of the nastiest hotels I have stayed in. If it wasn’t for it being a last minute booking at 1am after driving for 9 hours straight, I would have gone literally anywhere else and paid the extra $300 to stay at somewhere at least clean. Room temperature 84’ when I entered. The A/C worked and it cooled down. Please try a little bit."
