"What I loved, the beds and shower I miss already! The Ponderosa is currently undergoing a transformation and our room was clean with all new furnishings and windows. Small kitchenette with full size refrigerator. We walked everywhere but Mike can rent you a golf cart at a very reasonable price if you need. Food choices were all within a six or seven minute walk for us. Very quiet at night with no disturbances. We definitely will return. Mike was attentive and easy to reach. "

The only complaint I have is our niece and her family stopped by for a few minutes while we were out by the river and a guy came out very rude asking if we were guests of the hotel. O serviço de vallet também é incluso e cuidaram super bem do nosso carro. O pessoal da recepção também é muito atencioso. Nos deram boas recomendações de restaurante. A única coisa que nos incomodou foi o cheiro que ficava no corredor. Não sabemos se foi porque estávamos no andar no restaurante ou próximo...

"I was more than pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room. The service, the hot tub and pool were awesome. The room had everything we needed, microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot, dishwasher and a cabinet stocked with dishes, glassware and silverware. Silverware. There was also a complete set of knives, a kitchen shears, easy access to ice and a text message received an instant response. I can't think of a single thing to say that was not positive. We will be back."

"Everything about this was wonderful. The service was personal and exceptional. Lucas, the manager was first rate. The property is nestled among cottonwoods just SE of downtown. It was quiet and close. Our room was spacious and lovely with a courtyard garden area, dining area, fireplace, coffee, fridge and AC. The bathroom was huge, beautiful and spa like.
