"My 12 year old and I enjoyed being close to the beach for 4th of July. We invited friends and it was a very comfortable stay for 4 - with beds to spare! Two full baths if you include the outdoor shower and 1/2 bath on first floor, which the kids used a lot. A clean and perfectly located house next to fine dining for grown ups and pizza and ice cream for the kids. Nice back porch with friendly neighbors. A great beach house and a very helpful host!"

"We had such a wonderful time with family and teaching the kids how to catch crabs and fish right outside the house. The location is ideal close to everything and wlaking distance to the club house, pool, and playground. Property is very clean and the people are so friendly. "Prime location in Dewey beach. Nestled away from the commotion in a little parking lot right by the beach, Gigi's property exceeded all expectations. Special shoutout to Gigi for going above and beyond with her hospitality for our group. Will certainly try to stay here again if I am to return to the area!"

"We had a wonderful stay! My family came for a long weekend for a baseball tournament and found that this was in the perfect location - close to the beach and close enough to the fields, with lots of amenities super close by. The condo was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The hosts were communicative to ensure that we had all that we needed. Thanks for a great stay!"

"The house is located steps from the beach and the host provides the beach toys, towels, and most of what you need. Our family enjoyed our stay and it’s perfect for kids too.When we ran into some issues the host took care of it right away. We will be back. "

"This was our 4th summer staying at the yellow beach house. Our family enjoyed our entire stay again. Can’t beat the location and proximity to the beach. Thanks for another great stay!"

The property has a shared pool and tennis access with a neighboring community. A car is necessary to reach the boardwalk and the beach area."

"Estadia maravilhosa. Hotel atendeu nossas expectativas. Recepcionista foi extremamente solícita e atenciosa (não me recordo o nome dela mas é uma senhora que tem percieng). Foi super amável com as crianças. Hotel possui estacionamento, quarto com frigobar, mesa e microondas, além de servir café da manhã. Certamente voltaremos a ficar no hotel. "
