"This place is falling apart. Parking lots was half dirt and the other half chunks of concrete. The front desk guy gave me a room that was already occupied. Went up to the room and the door was open. I looked in and someone was already there. It also looked filthy which was representative of the rest of the property. I was totally uncomfortable staying there so I went down the road and booked somewhere else. Front desk refused to give me a refund. I do not know why Hotels.com even lists...

"Ótimo hotel em Sumter, SC. Utilizei para pernoitar numa roadtrip entre Washington DC e Orlando. Hotel novo, com quarto amplo e confortável. Bom chuveiro, boa TV, internet honesta. Café-da-manhã sem opções de pães sem glúten (sou celíaco), mas oferecia omelete e salsichas de peru. Recomendo a todos que passarem por Sumter."
