"The power went out and I was unable to use any of the amenities, haven’t received a refund. I left at 10:30 pm as I cannot sleep without power and this was a special get away. I know the hotel can’t control the issue with the power but no one has contacted me and I have reached out several different ways."

"excellent."

"Hotel was very clean and beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly."

"In room 416 the AC unit was coming off the wall. And why do you not provide at least two bottles of water. And you charge 3 times the price for it in your store,"

"Stayed here because I wanted a outside pool with food and bar service for relaxation. Of course the property is complete with beautiful views of golf course but everything else dates back to the original ( 1990's) opening day. So sad that such a wonderful property has been let go and never changes. I did enjoy my time at the pool that is "very" old but functional as well."

"THERE WAS NO PROPERTY!! When we arrived the hotel was CLOSED. vacated, empty, and nobody said a single thing to us about it. we were very fortunate that an adjacent hotel actually had a room for us. how is it that Expedia didn't know this property was closed and abandoned and didn't bother to tell us about it? better take it off your list of places for Canton, Ohio so other travellers don't face this situation"
