"we should have been informed at check that beds were being replaced on our floor, elevators were blocked, floors were very dirty, at one point our room door was blocked by a TV and it took 10 minutes to get a worker to move it, fold out bed mattress was stained, asked for towel removal, didn't happen, tried to call front desk-no answer-went down to front desk-no one there"

The room was okay, nothing special (for over 300 a night, expected more). Not enough towels in pool room, hot tub was warm, not hot and jets weren't working properly. "This is a pleasant modern motel on the outskirts of town. It has nothing special about it -- the room is basic, and functional. There's no in-room coffee or water heater. Also no closet or drawers for clothing -- just some external hangers. It does have a gym and a pool -- I used the gym and it was small but the treadmill worked fine. Breakfast is standard motel fare. Service was lacking -- in a three-day stay our room was never made up, but we did get one change of towels. My...
