The problems really started with the outside there were broken glass beer bottles surrounding the property on their sidewalks outside of their pool area. The person who checked me in was great. One of the main issues was a constant banging from the floor above me and I do not believe it was another guest but something related to the elevator system or anything else with the property but it made it so bad that you couldn't sleep. "Hotel confortável, novo. Único defeito é o café da manhã, que é péssimo por sinal. Antes fosse aquele café da manhã tradicional dos EUA, com ovos, sausage, waffle, panquecas, etc. Mas não, lá não tem sequer isso, é apenas uma estação em que um funcionário faz “O” prato quente do dia, que no meu caso foi um TACO, com ovos mexidos ressecados e as sausages picotadas. "

"The rooms are updated and clean. The staff is helpful and friendly. We had two lamps not working when we checked in. We alerted the front desk and he came and fixed them right away. The house keeping service came by and offered us fresh towels etc. We requested a non-smoking room overlooking Garrison Avenue, and that is what we got. It is walking distance from dowtown Ft. Smith. This is a great hotel for the price."

"Clean rooms, close to food and freeway. We could hear the people upstairs walking around, including waking us up just before 3 when we had planned to leave at 0500. Looks like they’ve been updating rooms. My pre-teen was not happy that the bathroom had no lock but it didn’t become an issue as when there are 3 of you it is easy to know if someone is in the bathroom."
