"First the staff questioned the credit card on file and wanted a second credit card on file which is ridiculous. Second, there was NOT BREAKFAST! Breakfast was to be included and there was nothing. And third, the stove in the studio did not work so i could not cook the food i brought with me. And last, there wasnt any soap in the shower! I am very unhappy with the service, and very disappointed in the stay we had."
