"Was under renovations (and definitely needed it!), but we were able to get an excellent newly renovated room! Was beautiful(!), clean and bed very comfy. Very happy! Staff was friendly, breakfast was nice with lots of choices. However the lobby was unsightly. "Stay away from this hotel. It was raining hard and the gutters were broken in front of the check-in window so there was about 3 inches of standing water. Upon checking in we were put in a room that was very dirty. Hair grease on the living room mirror, broken luggage rack, floor boards are separated as if the room has had water damage, the tub still had hair products on the sides, the floor was not swept, and very dirty mattresses. "Older facility with oddly placed furniture. TV remote was ridiculously difficult with no streaming option. The room was just average, nothing to make it special or welcoming. The staff was helpful, friendly and a true asset to the hotel."
