"We were extremely disappointed in the restaurant. We saw now staff and several tables not cleaned off. A couple that were leaving told us the service was terrible and the food was not good. So, we went to the coffee shop. I hope the restaurant issues can be improved. We used to love going there!!!!! The hotel is wonderful, aside from that!!!"

The room did not have an item I had specifically called and asked for but when we arrived no such item. He upgraded to a room with item."

"I stayed for 5 nights and my towels and wash cloths were only replaced on the first night other than that they never came in the room too clean or replace anything. There were stains everywhere the toilet seat, the fridge had stains and chunks of old spilt food, the blankets and sheets and all were covered in stains.
