"Very dissatisfied I had booked this way in advance and when we drove six hours to the hotel, they told us that there was no reservation. Trird multiple times to call the resort and they wouldn’t answer the phone. That was a busy signal. I had to call Expedia to request a refund because they told us that there was no reservations when we showed up. The guy at the desk was not helpful with all. And instead of trying to accommodate us after I showed him our booking and Expedia wanted to talk to...

"Stayed 2 nights with 7 family members. Staff was helpful and very nice. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was good, there was a variety. Parking was good, plenty of night light. Very near a grocery store HEB. Only disappointment was pool area could use some love. Hot tub did not work and was gross and pool did not have cloren. All staff members were awesome!!!"

"As soon as you walk in there’s a slight mildew smell. Our room was on the second floor and it was humid in the hallway. The room was clean but the rr had a slight sewer smell. The pool wasn’t clean enough and the hand rail walking in was loose and not bolted in the ground (hazardous). The breakfast was good and the overall stay was decent enough. Def need to maintain the place better."

"Great, budget-friendly getaway! We had a quick getaway and really enjoyed our stay. Our corner room was clean and basic, but nice, quiet, and had a great, comfortable bed. The 24-hour coffee and tea service in the lobby was a wonderful perk! The hotel was busy due to its close proximity to Corpus, but it was still very easy to get to. The staff was incredibly nice, helpful, and accommodating. Best of all, the cost is very family-friendly. Highly recommend!"

"Our room had a small kitchenette that included a two-burner stovetop, a microwave, a fridge, a small kitchen sink, small appliances like a coffeemaker and a toaster, flat- and silverware and even a dishwasher. Having the option to prepare and store our own food made such a difference to our comfort level. The pool was a nice amenity, the staff was polite and helpful. But the kitchenette pushed the experience over the top. We really enjoyed ourselves at this hotel."

"They have a pool but refused to give towels for the pool on the first day. The staff on the following day was much nicer. The bathroom was nasty. Black/moldy caulking in the whole shower and any 10 year old could do a better caulking job then what they had done. The front door was absolutely ATROCIOUS!!!!! The beds were ok. Charged $142 for a place you would expect to pay $65 for!!"
