"Very comfortable apartment with full kitchen washer and dryer. We stayed 5 nights and hosted a small gathering for the holidays. Will definitely be coming back! Pool is lovely, it’s heated and a nice size spa. Did not use workout room but looked well equipped. It is near the train tracks but building is very new with great construction so barely heard the train whistle. "

"We loved our stay in this home! Great location to San Francisco. Home was very well laid out and had plenty of space for our family. I LOVED all the little touches: HUGE pump container of mouthwash in every bathroom with individual cups for each use. This was PERFECT for my husband as he had just run out of mouthwash! "Great location for heading in a different direction each day: fisherman's wharf, Sausalito, Monterey Bay, hiking to the East... Ocean front property in walking distance of several area restaurants. Upon our arrival, we headed out on the pier and were greeted by whales. Later, walked south to easy/moderate hiking trails with some nice views. The beds were comfortable. Wifi fast. "O local é bem isolado, sem opções de mercado e outros comercios próximos, e fica a 40m das atrações de São Francisco. Ê uma boa opção para quem viajar à trabalho pela proximidade das principais empresas do Vale do Silício. O apartamento é bem espaçoso, as instalações são boas, tudo novo e roupas de cama e banho ótimas. Vale a atenção de chegar durante o dia para facilitar a localização do apartamento, e pelo fato do self check in."

"A estadia foi maravilhosa, quarto bem confortável e ótima localização, no entanto, no check-out os atendentes não queriam devolver meu depósito, falaram que somente era possível durante o dia. Meu check-out ocorreu de madrugada, tinha horário para pegar meu voo de volta e somente recebi meu dinheiro quando a atendente ligou para o gerente. Foi algo bem desagradável."

"Hotel bem localizado para quem visa o aeroporfo. Shuttle a cada 15 minutos. Cobraram o estacionamente indevidademente, não utilizei e me cobraram 48 dólares por uma noite. Não volto mais e não indico por esse motivo. Mandei mensagem para o hotel reportando o erro e não responderam"

"Na hora da reserva, na oferta o café da manhã estava incluso. Fiz a reserva axhando que o café estava pago. Chegando no hotel, surpresa: não estava e tive que pagar. O pior é que foram duas reservas no mesmo hotel para dias diferentes. Não sei quem foi o espertinho, o hotel ou o hoteis.com mas me senti ‘sacaneada’, em bom português. Quebra de confiança é coisa séria e para mim Hoteis.com e DoubleTree, ambos caíram no meu conceito."
