"Very good place especially for families with kids . Excellent service from staff. Very convenient with all the stores around it . One thing though, one elevator was not working and it was very inconveniencing . Hopefully it was a quick fix . "

"I was not impressed with this hotel, there were groups of people gathered outside in the evenings being very loud. No housekeeping, I took out my own trash, toilet broke the first night, maintenance fixed the next day. Two separate buildings, the lobby was in the opposite building as what I was in. I was not told towels had to be exchanged to get new towels until I was already in the lobby asking for clean towels. I left the lobby went into the second building all the way up to the third floor...

"Pros- quiet, bed comfortable, tv channel selection was ok but the numbering is odd. Laundry room is good. Cons- extremely rude staff and stupid policies. We have been on a road trip and wanted a break from the road. We planned to stay 9 nights then move on. Yesterday after 7 nights we were told we had to check out today and they refused to even have a discussion. We understand about residency laws however having worked at motels we know that you just make the next reservation in a different...
