"Great property located right outside of town. I love that it's not a chain hotel. I stay there a few times a year. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff is always super kind and helpful. They accept dogs for a small fee. And the breakfast is nice."

"We were just passing through and this was an economical option for somewhere to sleep. The office closes at 10pm and we needed to call to get checked in. All rooms are on one level. There was breakfast from 7-9am, which had waffles, eggs and sausage and a few other options (oatmeal, 2 kinds of cereal and some bread)."

"It was loud we got one downstairs their best room( larger suite) just to catch the next morning flight from Gunnison airport. Well renoviert and looked very clean .Best pillows and bedding we had in enitite trip to Vail and Aspen. Breakfast was much better than expected with scrambled eggs and what you needed."

Just a little more upkeep and this would be an excellent rental. FYI, the location is quite remote. The closest gas station, grocery, and restaurant are 20 miles away. Come prepared:)"

"Entry to the room meant walking thru a wide 1/2 grass 1/2 mud backyard in the dark due to our 8 pm arrival! This meant of course, carrying a large suitcase rather than being able to use the wheels. For this reason, I would not stay here again nor would I recommend it "
