"This property is very clean, comfortable, we were able to cook meals. Surrounding area is quiet and peaceful. We were very happy staying there, had everything we needed. Much better than staying in hotel for a longer visit. "

A little more instruction on how to work the television/Roku system would have been helpful. Otherwise, it was a great place for me and my family to stay! "

"We would give it a 10 out 10 if it wasnt for the noise from the neighbors. We totally understnd that is out of the host control. Otherwise, everything was great. "

"The property was clean, cozy and inviting. The hostess was always ready to help. Hot tub and backyard was clean and ready. "

"We went to Fort Sumner just for one night to attend our cousin’s funeral service. My sister and brother-in-law met us there. We all found the house to be extremely clean and very pleasant. Our only complaint would be that it claimed to sleep 5 people, but there were only 3 bath towels. There were also no kitchen wash rags to clean up dishes and counters. Those would be a big plus. Other than that, no other issues. We will return. Thanks! "

"As always, very pleased with this rental. The host is very attentive, responsive and hospitable. The unit is very clean and comfortable. Hope to stay again next time visiting family in Clovis. "

"We stayed one night. We visited someone at the AFB. It was perfect for what we needed. "

"Couldn't have asked for a more perfect apartment for my sister and me for our one week stay. Just about anything you could need was furnished. Less than a two-minute walk from my mother's apartment."

"We stayed for a week while visiting family. The host was very responsive and the property was quite comfortable. It was well stocked and had everything we needed. We travel to Clovis twice a year and will definitely be booking this place again! "
