"We liked that there was free parking and very close to the beach. The bed and shower was clean. Room was very small. We had to ask for soap to use in the shower, and no where to put toiletries. There was a fridge. Tv was not centered to bed, which was ok but just strange, and all the wires were exposed. The person at the desk was never there. You had to ring the buzzer. Coffee was available and powdered creamer (which I am not a fan of) but great coffee was right outside the door. Great location...

"I used Best Wester before, but this hotel is not well maintained. The breakfast room is dirty, the carpet was dirty and one chair that tried to sit on was dirty by some sticky liquid (I believe it was some syrup that someone dropped on the chair). There is a wired smell close to the area where is the ice machine. I believe the smell comes from the carpet in that area that looked like it wasn’t vacuumed for some time. Another issue is that one on towel had some stains. I am not sure if the stains...

"We are from Montreal and we love to travel to New Hampshire to this spot. It’s right across the Street from the beach and so nice to take a morning walk when the tide is low. The staff is super friendly. There’s a lot of ambiance in the backyard near the surf shack where you can get a drink and hear the live band. Do notice that everything is closed on Tuesday on this property meaning there’s no animation or nothing is open area is clean. We had a small kitchenette, which is perfect for small...

"Don't stay here if over 55 unless you have either a dedicated sherpa or a strong climbing rope. The stairs are narrow and very steep. At the top they were wobbly but have been supported by bracing.
