"This hotel is located at an excellent location right on Hampton Beach, just away from the main congested part of the marine drive, but very walkable to the busy area. There are a couple of adjacent eateries. Our oceanfront room was clean and tidy with a TV and refrigerator. No coffee maker or microwave in the room, but both available round the clock in the lobby. There was just enough parking spots, though tight-spaced. Hotel staff were friendly and welcoming, and let us stay for an additional...

"We had such an amazing stay! The room was so beautiful, with plenty of space for our family. It was great to have a living room, bedroom and two bathrooms! Everything was sparkly clean, beautifully decorated and so comfortable. We loved that we were across the street from the beach and that the Surf Shack was behind the hotel for a quick snack and a drink. The staff was so welcoming and super helpful. We are already planning on returning next year! Definitely so enjoyable!! "

"Stayed 1 night to cap off girl's weekend adventure. Picked the small apartment room so 8 of us could spread out & have landing spot for dinner & walking the strip. The room was perfect set up with good sized seating area, kitchenette & separate bedroom. 5 of us spent the night very comfortably on 2 double beds & the pull out sofabed. Gary & his staff could not have been more welcoming & accommodating to our group with getting checked in, parking & letting us take a little extra time getting 5...

The bathroom is another nightmare: mold in the corners, thin and rough towels, and a shower that seems to have a mind of its own, switching unpredictably between freezing...
