"We enjoyed our stay. You have to pay and utilize the state park in order to launch the boat and you will have to take it out after each use, as you can't use the bay to access the cabin dock. My kids thought it was too weedy to swim so we also utilized the state park beach for that. Other than that we had a perfect time with great fishing. "

"This was my first time using Vrbo and it was fairly easy to navigate through the process (without too much help from my daughter). Roy Lake Landing has a good floor plan for privacy of bedrooms. The beds very comfortable. We made good use of the completely fitted out kitchen. Good view of the good lake from either upper or lower deck. We should have stayed two more days! Jim"
