We loved the kitchen layout , we enjoying many good visits in the hot tub and the location and view on the river was breathtaking. Late talks around the fire pit table were priceless . Humming birds galore !! Communication with the host was excellent, very responsive with any questions. We will definitely be back !!! "

"The house was perfect for our family. Being able to ride utvs right from the house was a bonus. The house was exactly as described and we didn't find anything wrong with it. The kitchen had everything we needed for our meals and we are a family of homemade meals. Check in was simple get the code and go inside and start enjoying. We would rent again and there are several lakes close by for fishing, win win!!"

"House was clean and comfortable. Loved the main floor being level with the river. The upstairs games were a nice touch for the kids. Very nice place to unwind and relax. Note: There is construction across the river that starts at 7 am every morning. That was the only downside to the trip/house. We had no heads up about the construction."

"We enjoyed our stay, the unit is as described. It’s a good size and in good condition. The best part was the balcony and view. Improvements would only be, more blankets, a plug for the tub for baths, mounting the TV so guests could enjoy the fireplace, more comfortable mattress, and new ice trays. Very minor items. Over all a very nice place at a great price. "

"The cabin was very easy to find & hosts communicated often. Cabin was very clean and ample supplies: linens, towels, kitchen utensils, etc. We loved the outdoor space on the river with several chairs and lounge for outdoor seating. "

"Great location, great property. We saw deer and a bear from the porch. Everything was super nice and close to Southfork. We had a great time and the owners were easy to work with. "

"Excellent place to stay to for large group. Very clean. Simple check in/out process. Prompt responses from manager anytime we had questions. Perfect place for our fly fishing trip. We will be back!"

"This is an established older cabin located away from Main Street in South Fork. The property has a nice new hot tub. Bedrooms are very spacious. One bedroom has an extremely tall bed that really needs to have a bench or stepstool to be able to get in the bed. The other bedroom has a large king size bed, large closet, and plenty of space. The living room/dining room have everything you need. Our only complaints - the kitchen was not very clean, the refrigerator had a smell and the kitchen floor...

"We were conveniently located near many mountain attractions. Creede and Pagosa Springs were close. Not many restaurant options in South Fork. "
